Dump Valves

Damper Valves are valves that generally operate like a butterfly or knife gate valve design and are specifically designed to operate at very high temperature and very low pressure (max 500 mbar). Damper valves are used for flow control and diversion applications of fluids such as air-gas-powder. A butterfly valve is a damper with only one Disc to control the flow of the fluid. A butterfly valve is a quick-opening, rotary motion valve that uses a metal, circular disk (flap) to start, stop or regulate flow in a pipe.

Applications

Exhaust fumes from turbines and engines can also be used in the drying process of the Tile and Ceramic Industry and also in industrial plants. Woodworking and Pulp Processing Industry Energy Recovery Plants Hot Gas Generators Thermal Reactors Conventional Boiler or Boiling Bed Industrial Boilers and Thermal Power Plants Close dampers and regulating dampers for heat exchange and protection of bag filters to Grinding Stations for Particle Separation Cement Industry: Rotary Kiln flue gas ducts, Circulation to Coolers, Circulation to Grinders Iron and Steel Industry: Furnace Pipes and Coke Oven Battery, Heat Exchangers, Flue Gas Treatment Plant, Direct Reduction Process Chemical and Petrochemical Industry: Flue Gas Treatment Plants and Energy Recovery from Flue Gas
